Support to Administration and Finance Manager on Mosul Dam Project (700 employees) as responsible for planning, financial budgeting and subcontracts management, leading a team of more than 26 resources.

Main achievements:

  • ▪ Managed subcontracts and suppliers, total value of contracts amounting to approx. $50 M.
  • ▪ Conducted a cost analysis to complete a financial budget and business proposal for a contract extension (revenues generated $100 M, operating margin 15%). Partnered to negotiation and closing metings with Iraqui Goverment.
  • ▪ Established a procedure to submit monthly payment application (approx. $15 M per month). Prevented claim amounting to $40 M.
  • ▪ Maximized profits: revenue generated in 2 years $300 M, operating margin 18%.

 

2015 - 2016 TREVI FOUNDATIONS NIGERIA (TREVI SPA), Port Harcourt & Lagos, Nigeria
